I think it’s a bit of an understatement to say that we are living in uncertain times. In every corner of the globe, communities, states and countries are being challenged by a plethora of concerns from the economy to the environment to communicable diseases.

While I don’t believe in dwelling on the negative, I am also a realist.  I know that leaders are doing everything they can to hold their organizations, teams and personal lives together.  This quick podcast will give you 3 quick strategies to help you lead during uncertain times.
